There should be no comma after please, and "freedom" should be singular.
"Palate" has to do with taste, and is the roof of the mouth.
It is important to cleanse your palate before tasting the next wine.
"Palette" has to do with art and refers to the surface upon which artists mix their paints. It can also refer to a selection of colours.
Red, yellow and orange are part of the warm palette of colours.
"Pallet" is a wooden base for stacking items which need to be moved by a lift truck.
Soft drinks are often stacked on a wooden pallet for easy delivery.
I did not know what "panegyric" meant, so I looked it up. It is a formal expression of praise, such as a eulogy.
The politician delivered a panegyric at the Remembrance Day ceremony.
