POETIC LICENSE OR CORRECTNESS?

"To verb or not to verb..."

The three entries below are all from the same story.
Are there any errors in the entries?
Is the writer allowed poetic license or is he guilty of incorrect construction?
Make your own judgment but be prepared to defend your choices.
I suggest there are, at least, four errors.

"Or perhaps, Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final."

"For a night, or for the remainder of the series? Hard to say."

"No one in black and gold was fooling themselves into thinking the guys in red and white are about to fade away."
Bob Duff, "Pens back in series", The Windsor Star, Thursday, May 29, 2008.
